I just recently purchased a Jeep. I had been in an accident and needed a car ASAP. I had several choices from purchasing a car from the cities or local dealers. I chose Clusiau's because they have always given me top notch service, great deals, and treated me as a valued customer. Kudos to Brian who always makes the time to stay in contact and say hello when i service my car. Andy from financing did a super job getting me the best financing available, and the service dept. for getting my new jeep ready so quickly and with great service! These are the reasons i went local to purchase my jeep. Knowing that you trust and believe that Clusiau's will always give you 110% service!
I am writing to compliment your employees Dan and Keelie. I was en route to visit some clients when my car suddenly broke down. I was so fortunate when Joe from Lake Country Power came along to help me. He immediately knew Clusiau's "would take care of me". Dan and Keelie immediately gave me a loaner car and made arrangements to have my car assessed the next day. I knew they were at the end of their day and were anxious to return home. But they smiled at me and assured me they would get me on my way home with a loaner car. As i drove home i thought how great it is in my time of trouble, people are still kind and caring, even in these tough times for business and individuals. My car was repaired the next day.
I know your are proud to have them as employees. I want to take this special opportunity to share my appreciation for their grace in their customer service to me. I just wanted to say thank you to the guy who had to practically stand on his head to put a new fuse in my 2007 Pontiac Vibe. I was in Grand Rapids for a wrestling tournament with three small children, i'm sure he'll remember me. We were on the road trying to get home and your staff did everything to get the work done as quickly as possible. We did have to stay overnight, but our vehicle was done in the morning.

I want to thank you for a great experience when purchasing a car from your dealership.
I drove my car up to Grand Rapids in mid-December and had some trouble with it. I called another GM Dealer and was told that they were too busy and couldn't get me in for a few days. I called your dealership and Dan (Linder), the service consultant, said even though they were busy, he would figure out a way to get me in. The service people at your dealership couldn't have been more courteous and told me what they would had to do to fix it.
Then you mentioned a vehicle you had, offered it to me for a good price, and gave me a good value figure for mine. Shawn Dodge did a great job getting me some numbers and had a DVD player installed for my gran kids. Your dealership did a great job detailing the new car and Shawn was kind enough to meet me in Milaca to exchange cars.
I can't say enough about how great your people are there! Your GREAT service, sales, and follow up letter shows me that you run a first class organization.

Right from the entry into the service dept. I was met by friendly staff. Repairs options were explained after diagnostics were made. I appreciate that a Senior Discount was given and having an Outdoor spot to wait was great - and pretty!
After hitting a deer which left my pick-up disabled, Chris was very helpful in getting us back on the road home (Iowa). Chris kept us informed of the progression of the repair and was very courteous and professional.
